I found myself firing up a calculator every time I needed to base-convert a number from/to hex or octal. So I wrote a very simple HTML-page that I added to my dashboard that does just this.
If you want to turn this iframe into a widget:
- make a directory with a temporary name
- save the iframe as
base-convertor.html - add this plist-file
- add these two images
- rename the directory to end in
.wdgt, which will convert the directory to a package.
